Paver polymeric haze removal from new pavers in Clarkdale, Arizona

It was a hot day (105 degrees) in Clarkdale, Arizona on Friday July 5th, 2024 for this job. Removal of polymeric sand haze over new pavers and patio cleaning. Using hot water approximately 180 degrees and turbo nozzle spent many hours to get to the final results that was desired. Started with a little time lapse photo of the test area. Removed all of the haze but customer still had a concern about the effectiveness of the cleaning due to slight grey appearance when still wet. So, after a few minutes of discussion they authorized complete removal. I spent multiple hours to remove all the polymeric paver sand from all of the joints and paver surfaces. After multiple passes with turbo tip and surface cleaning with hot water rinse got all the sand and haze removed. Rinsed complete paver patio multiple times. After completion, cleaned and rinsed areas where sand was splattered. Cleaned up complete area and customer still had a concern after, still appeared to have a slight grey color. After paver patio dried completely, customer was completely satisfied with the final results, stating it is back to the original beautiful color. Last photos sent from customer.
